My Sedona…
I remember the day I took this pic well. We were in Sedona with our good friend, Deb, and the Man wanted to go fishing. Off we went, with only one fishing pole. He fished, Deb looked for rocks, and I wandered about with my camera admiring the beauty of the land. It was a beautiful little valley, with a rushing stream dotted with small, calm pools full of large trout. This clump of grass in the middle of the stream really stood out in the middle of the rapids. It was a good day filled with laughter, and ended with an amazing trout dinner.
What a beautiful picture. Maby you should take up photography. I look forward to seeing more of your pictures. You are also a very good writer. The trout dinner dinner sound’s delicious. Daddy was a great fishernan and we had many meal’s of trout. It certainly beat the pig’s liver we had once a week. I had to put it in a lot of mashed potato just to get it down. Your blog is off to a great start and i look forward to reading many more of them.

Thanks, Aunt Ruby! I was thinking of Gramp yesterday. I was digging through some boxes and found his military knife from the war that he had given me years ago. It had been awhile since I had seen it, and had thought I had lost it. Was very happy to find it!
